Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may revise the terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.

Nature of this build

This is a static current static website. There is no server, payment gateway or order-management backend behind it. Orders you place, newsletter sign-ups, wishlist entries, contact submissions and the admin area are stored only in your browser’s localStorage. Nothing here constitutes a binding commercial offer, and no goods or services are actually sold through this static implementation.

Products, descriptions & imagery

Our pieces are fashion jewellery — alloy and brass bases with gold-tone plating, cubic zirconia, faux pearls and glass stones. Items are not solid gold, hallmarked gold or natural diamonds unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Colours are displayed as accurately as screens allow, but slight variation is normal.
Product photography in this build uses temporary stock/reference imagery for layout purposes and does not represent actual TAVISH & CO. product photography.
Weights, dimensions and stone details are approximate; minor hand-finished variation is part of the craft.

Pricing, taxes & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable GST.
Prices may change without notice; the price shown in your bag at the time of order confirmation applies.
Payment method: UPI. An order-specific UPI payment QR/link is provided at checkout. Payment remains pending until the transaction is independently verified.
Promotional codes, where offered, cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted and are subject to their stated validity.

Orders & confirmation

An order request is an offer to buy. In a production flow we confirm orders by phone or WhatsApp; that confirmation, not the on-screen acknowledgement, forms the contract of sale. We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is out of stock, a price error has occurred, or a delivery address is unserviceable — in which case any amount collected would be refunded.

Returns & refunds

Our 7-day return window, eligibility rules and refund timelines are set out on the returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful personal shopping and browsing purposes.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or reverse-engineer the client-side administration.
Do not misrepresent your identity when contacting us or placing orders.
Feedback and reviews must be genuine; paid or incentivised reviews are not accepted.

Intellectual property

The TAVISH & CO. name, wordmark, logo, site design, copy, illustrations and product designs belong to TAVISH & CO. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. Any commercial use, reproduction or modification without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAVISH & CO. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for any product claim is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law, which continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. We first ask that you contact us and try to resolve any issue amicably.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the site, our practices or the law. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
