Overview
Every TAVISH & CO. order is picked, checked and packed at our studio in New Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra - 411014, and handed to our courier partner for delivery anywhere in India. Orders are shipped with insurance against transit damage and require a delivery scan at your address.
Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds shown on this website are configured by the studio and may change; the current rates are always the ones shown in your bag at checkout.
Order processing
Orders placed before 13:00 IST on a working day are usually processed the same day. Processing includes a quality check, anti-tarnish pouch packing and a courier pick-up request.
- In-stock pieces: dispatched in 2 – 4 working days.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Maharashtra.
- Delays during festival periods or extreme weather are communicated on WhatsApp.

Timelines are indicative and not a guarantee — courier movement depends on pin-code serviceability, weather, strikes and festival volume. If your order is unusually late, message us with your order reference and we will chase the courier for you.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is picked up, we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp to the number you provided. You can also quote your order reference (TAV-1xxxxx) on WhatsApp or email and we will share the live status.
International shipping
We currently ship only within India. International delivery, customs duties and cross-border returns are not offered at this time — if that changes, it will be announced on this page first.
